Macos arm64 Qt5.15 support #1081

There seems to have an issue concerning macos-latest (arm64) support for qt5.15

Some possible solutions:

skip qt5.15 macos-latest ci
stick to macos-13
drop qt5.15 support

Also paid plans provides macos-latest x86_64 runners.
