I investigated Azure SQL Server resource ahead of Sprint Review and noticed that we use Basic tier. As it has only 5 DTU and 1/2 of available core (TODO: Find confirmation as existing Microsoft documentation removed this information), this will cause issues as soon as we need to process multiple SQL queries in parallel.
TODO: Gather more information and options.
Suggested Solution
TODO: Investigate to what tier we need to upgrade. See if we can make it scalable on demand. Spikes are expected for conferences and other special events.

TODO: Check if these tools can help us determine the right Azure SQL configuration - Identify the right Azure SQL Database, Azure SQL Managed Instance, or SQL Server on Azure VM SKU for your on-premises database
