H16 West Galway additional missing islands/islets

In correcting recent issue #12 I found a number of other islets at the N side of the entrance of Galway Bay which belong to H16. I have now added them to OpenStreetMap, but the relevant details do not yet appear here. There may be other islets further around the coast to the NW.

I do not plan to do a single fix for these unless requested. They will be added when I update the complete set of VC boundaries.
