Process freezes while stacking selection

Current behaviour

Installed on the server in the correct way, other functions are normal, but the process gets stuck when attempting to stack selections, using items and commands is the same.
In addition, the client version stacking function is running normally,therefore the bug may only appear in the server version.

Expected behaviour

The stacking function should have been working properly.

Steps to reproduce

1.Install addon to the server
2.Stacked selection area
3.See error

[Script ing] InvalidArgumentError: Invalid structure bounds. Block volume contains blocks tha are outside of the world bounds.

note:

• Frequently report this error after performing the stack operation, repeating multiple times per second.
• Although the error message reads' outside of the world bounds', the selection area is actually within the ticking area
