In the Core Vocabularies and DCAT-AP there are requests made towards more information about identifiers: SEMICeu/Core-Person-Vocabulary#37 and SEMICeu/DCAT-AP#223.

In both cases adms:Identifier is the answer, but underlying the discussion more standardization about the metadata of an identifier discussed.

This issue collects these change requests. To be included as part of a future improvement on ADMS.
