By constraining this property to 0..1, a lot of distributions get created.
The description of ADMS-APv2 resulted in 6 distributions:
https://joinup.ec.europa.eu/release/adms-ap-joinup-version/20

where most of these are all simply transformation of the same RDF file into a different serialization.
