@prabhasp @zmyao88 here are my concerns right now (I also have just created this repo because i think this is a better communication platform than emails -- at least for me), that the raw data we collect from formhub does not have unique_lga column. I remember we dusted it up and joined it with another csv (the famed lgas.csv anyone?) to create those. @zmyao88 do you remember how it was generated? Other than that i have created some monster that runs okay on my raspberry pi., will fix up the script a bit more then commit.
