addon doesnt show up on latest version (2.92)

i've installed all the files and theres no addon for SEAnim in the list. do i downpatch?

Check the "Community" add-on tab.

It's also worth noting that if you updated Blender, you'll probably need to reinstall the addon. The Blender add-ons directory is specific to each version of Blender.
