Specific use-case of masspy, might consider making a built-in function:
Has a GEM for organism, as well as a kinetic model of a subsystem of the larger GEM.
Integrate the two of them by using the CBM to set vmax in the ODE kinetics with a pseudo rate constant that ensures the steady-state is reached in agreement with experimental data (used to parameterize GEM).
Consider having some functions built in to set a vmax of a kinetic reaction based on the steady-state FBA solution from the same model.
