Note that RustCrypto performance is generally inferior than ring

I don't think we can state this unless we have benchmarks :)

What should we measure ? We need fruits to fruits comparisons - 🍎 vs 🍏

I'm thinking throughput, session establishment etc stuff - all needs to be in localhost

We need also to use rustls consistently between providers -

I'll take a crack doing some after I finish the internal integration tests which may potentially serve base for the benches as well
