Impossible to obtain results with CrisprCasTyper

In July I succeded in obtaining results of CRISPR Cas identification with several metagenomes however today I was not able any results whatever the sequences that I used, time was running without success. Could you please help me?

I need some more information to able to help.
Are you using the webserver or a local installation. If you use a local installation, what version have you installed?
Did you run it with the same options/installation in July as you did today?
Do you see any errors/warnings or is the program running to completion just with empty results?
Do you have any example data that has previously worked, but is not working now.

Many thanks for your replay.
I am using the web version, and the default parameters. I have used new sequences to detect Cas and CRISPR sequences, however the time was running but never stop. So I have tried with the sequences that I have alteady analysed in July and I obtained the same results. I do not understand...

"The same results" meaning the time is running and never stop. But I did not receive the same results that in July
