Compensation for seeds

I took 4 contracts for sowing beet. I performed the first and immediately did not take the money (I thought I will take it when I finish all contracts). I saw that the first was charged compensation for seeds. I started to perform the 2nd contract. When I executed the second - there was no longer this compensation. BUT! At the first contract, compensation rose somewhere 4 times. I work on it. While the 3rd contract was repaid. This compensation decreased while I spent seeds. In the end, as in the case of the 2nd contract, this compensation was not accrued.
And the saddest thing! When I started picking money for the three contracts performed, compensation disappeared at all. Even in the first!
