This task encompasses the initial steps for setting up the integration with the Deepcoin API, including creating an account on the platform and obtaining the required API keys.

Creation of the entire project structure, creation of the frontend with blazor and mudblazor, creation of the first service
Browl.Service.MarketDataCollector, this service will be responsible for connecting to brokers and collecting market data. Initially connecting with the DeepCoin broker and then with other exchanges.
