A new, separate page on the vistool website dedicated to exploring and completing various practice problems.

Users should be able to select which topic(s) they want to explore
Big-O multiple choice questions (can pull data from Add Time Complexity information to all pages #340 when complete)
Diagramming practices
Should have both curated (for showing all cases/edge cases, etc.) and randomized problems
A way to share links to problems would be fantastic but not necessary!

Requested by the professors. If you want to contribute please talk to me first!
