Will it be possible to over ride the config file ?

I think I'm the first one using this extension in my docker and honestly, it is working just as fine as it should. The only thing is every time I have to update the user settings under the preferences? So, I was wondering if it is possible to update or overwrite the settings?

Please check out https://jupyterlab.readthedocs.io/en/stable/user/directories.html#overrides-json

You would need to add the "configured_endpoints" in the overrides file.
