Possibility to read a file

Hello everyone! I have a feature request for this plugin. I believe it would be incredibly useful to have the ability to read and analyze image files within the plugin.

This feature would come in handy, especially when reading books or documents that contain a lot of math equations. Being able to analyze images within the
plugin would allow for a seamless integration of text and visual content.

I am aware that a similar feature has been implemented in an Emacs GPT plugin, demonstrating its feasibility and practicality. Therefore, I would like to propose incorporating this image file analysis capability in the ChatGPT plugin as well.

I believe it would greatly enhance the overall functionality and versatility of the plugin.
