As title, maybe clarify (and include it) it in the readme?

entry = new PackageReferenceInfo { Name = packageName, Version = packageVersion, Type = "t" };

p.s. I thought it was to conclude if package was found as transient or not, it would be nice if there was a column indicating this as well. d.s.
