I'd put the grey box stuff at the bottom of the page, not at the top. The warning etc.

The up & down thumbs are way too small, hard to hit

Default to High Quality in the STL preview

Done in dev mode ~alex

Also, maybe, "Render as Smooth" instead of "render as flat" by default would look better

clicking on a part doesnt give a name or anything for it. Just opens project

use query strings to store current object? We already use anchors to indicate text ~alex

The comment box is just a one liner

things with zero votes are at the top of most popula

need to tweak the default values for that a bit ~alex

Me

It says you can upvotes things when you're logged out. You can't.

Well, i disagree with:

  • grey stuff (it should stay where it is IMO, until the site is into beta.
  • render as smooth (that would take away from the detail of objects and make some look weird)

Everything else is okay. Upvote/Downvoting when logged out should be pretty easy to fix, right?

The entire comment/download page needs rehauling to be honest. Just some resizing and prettying up of stuff.

Two problems I noticed when uploading/editing a project:

  • Form always tells you thumbnail is not a valid uploaded image. The auto-selector selects a thumbnail for you fine, but you can't set your own. (I have fixed this. Alex! Push changes to the prod server! XP)
  • When inserting links in a readme, they come up the same colour as regular text. So they cannot be distinguished from regular text.

On mine they are both bolded and purple. That was already fixed in testing.

Doesn't work with the JS though. Commented it out for now.

Yeah, that is a problem. It used to by fine when we were using the JS console, but the JS console was borking our page loads. Something to add.

MyDrafts page allows 9 drafts instead of 8.
'fixed that.

Pretty sure there is something wrong with the project delete method. I got a bunch of old project files while creating a new project.

Seems unpublished projects can be seen (but not opened) on userprofile page.
Fixxado.

And then the bottom of this thread was me talking to myself. Oh well.

The /create/ page when refreshed multiple times will create empty drafts, and then flip to the first project in the draft queue. It would be better if /create created a new project, set it draft, and redirected user to that projects edit page.
