Leap installation fail on Fedora 27

The installation require mono 2.0.0 which doesn't exist or critical for running leapd.
The documentation should include how to update package dependencies and remove all mono related settings. On same breath, Debian packages "create" missing directories such as '/etc/' which Fedora RPM can't handle as "its provides by filesystem package", the simple workaround is to remove all those lines too.
