For 6/27/23:

• Updated the conversions in functions.py
  • the new planck function does not play nice with the split-stitch section
  • It is currently commented out
• Added the delay to scans based on the chosen resolution and # of scans
  • also added a developer mode to circumnavigate that

• Updated sizing of tooltip popups in FTIR
• Updated SVGs
  • Worked on new parabolic mirrors
