As a part of updating module dependencies to latest versions, the update for external-snapshotter/client/v8 fails as it requires us to move to Upgrade to volumegroupsnapshot/v1beta1.

Adding a tracker to address the same (@BenamarMk already had pointed this out and is tracking it as well)
