Lima upstream upgraded the default Ubuntu image to 24.10:
https://github.com/lima-vm/lima/blob/8b995a3dd3b606343ad0bd89ca6a13a1a47e0656/templates/default.yaml#L37

The k8s template was not updated yet:
https://github.com/lima-vm/lima/blob/8b995a3dd3b606343ad0bd89ca6a13a1a47e0656/templates/k8s.yaml#L14

When the upstream k8s template is upgraded, we should consider upgrading.
