Log every change to the system #1575

To make it easy to understand what ramen is doing and how it modified the system, ensure that we have a log for every change:

Creating or removing resources
Adding, removing or updating annotations/labels/finalizers

We want to log after the change happened. If the attempt failed, we will have an error log.
