这个问题和大小核采用了不同的工程设置有关，小核里用了 bsp/cvitek/c906_little/board/tick.c, 而大核使用的是 /libcpu/risc-v/t-head/c906/tick.c。

为何要引入不同的文件，而不是公用。这是一个问题。大小核都是 c906，应该没有什么差别。
