Lightness in hue/saturation Dialog ignore saturarion #36

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Select a colored theme;
2. Click "Change hue and saturation of the current theme" button;
3. Change saturation to 100 to make everything gray scale;
4. Change lightness to anything above 0 (say 10);

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected see gray scale theme changing only lightness.
See theme becoming colored before lightness change.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
1.2.5.4 on Windows 7 64 bits

Please provide any additional information below.
This doesn't happens with Hue. But after changing Lightness, Hue also ignores 
saturation.
