Forward Slash (/) in title of Tileset will break generation #11

After testing a handful of Tileset names:

OpenS/tre.t /ma$@$!&p.Orrrg -- Generated correctly
Op en St r e e t M ap -- Generated correctly
O#e%$tr33tM@P -- Generated correctly
Op\en\Street\Map\ -- Generated correctly
- Was changed to Op\en\Street\Map\ when accessed in api/tileset/id/, didn't break anything
Op/en/Street/Map/ -- Did NOT generate correctly

Spaces, symbols and back slashes work for generation, however using forward slashes do not.
