ROS2 Galactic - dynamixel_workbench_toolbox colcon build fails silently

$git clone -b ros2-devel https://github.com/ROBOTIS-GIT/DynamixelSDK.git
$colcon build --merge-install --symlink-install

   • The package is expected to build, but fails silently
   • Tested using ROS2 Galactic on Windows 10
   • May be related to this issue (whose solution I don't understand): support for ros2 galactic  dynamixel-community/dynamixel_hardware#15
