Docker instructions https://github.com/os-autoinst/openQA/tree/master/docker |
If anyone wants to contribute configs they would be appreciated. |
I will reach out to adamw for you ( the gent that does the openqa for the 58 present isos (f25). for pointers or scripts he can share. I'd also suggest @axk4545 look in the ansible.git repo in the openqa branch [[ https://infrastructure.fedoraproject.org/cgit/ansible.git/ ]] git clone over ssh for those with a fasid/sshkey is also possible. @axk4545 Ben has a github as well, GH username is VileGent. I can spin up a docker container for openqa on community.ameridea.net for you all if desired, also I have no issue continuing to manually test the isos a few days a week or as needed. |
@linux-modder Thank you. I am not sure the openqa would really help us with the type of testing we need at this stage. Most of what needs testsing/debugging is the scripts and making sure that various settings are applied. We will definitely let you or adamw know if/when we have need of openqa. |
@linux-modder we would like to use openqa to test tutorials for setting up a system for certain use cases. |
Possibly will be added to #29 (in part?). Also related to RITlug/tasks#13 |
After talking with a few individuals at Flock this past week, I agree openqa would be the perfect candidate for this sort of thing |
This issue is blocked until CI has been set up |
Implement testing of builds. Fedora contributor Ben Williams suggested openqa
