Galaxy Training for the MFAssignR tool suite

The MFAssignR tools will be available on usegalaxy.eu from monday on so we can start building a workflow and creating the galaxy training.

The best procedure is to

• start with a history and do your analysis
• take notes on the way about each individual step and write down why you are doing this etc.
• extract a workflow from the history
• make the workflow nice, with annotations, label all outputs and inputs, make sure all data types are moved around correctly etc.
• Take this worfklow and deposit it on workflow hub
• deposit the input dataset on Zenodo -> use our account and add it to the RECETOX SpecDatRI community
• Create the Galaxy Training skeleton using planemo from the workflow and the data deposited on Zenodo
• Fill in the text in the format of the Galaxy training
