RAK833 module won't power up when connected via mini PCI-E USB adapter to a Raspberry Pi 3B+ module. I see the power LED illuminated on the Raspberry Pi board, but no power on the USB adapter. Is there a switch/pin or setting that I need to enable?

a brief check into the datasheet and found the reset pin: https://docs.rakwireless.com/Product-Categories/WisLink/RAK833/Datasheet/#specifications
by the way, which mini PCI-E USB adapter are you using?
