HealthKit Questionnaires should not show up on Android devices #1843

It is still covered, as when you try to fill it out, it says, "This device does not support HealthKit." However, this might cause issues for users if they are completing other tasks with it and this one is in the middle of those other tasks.

So preference would be for it to not show up at all (filtered out from the list of assessments)

The converse case would also be Google Health Connect on iOS. To generalise this as we go forward, we might want the facility to control what shows up on which OS; there may be instruments that are specific.
