Logging for Hex Casting

Hex Casting is a programmable magic mod similar to Psi. Among other things, it allows programmatically breaking blocks. We've found that Ledger doesn't log some types of actions done with Hex, such as breaking blocks.

I'd like Ledger to log actions performed with Hex Casting.

Describe alternatives you've considered.

Possibly there's an issue with Hex's Break Block implementation that could be corrected for Ledger to detect it?
