How to file a helpful issue

The problem you're addressing (if any)

When domain is paused, everything from that domain becomes unresponsive without any cues. If left for a while, user may forget that one of domains is still paused. This might be confusing for a user and may lead to unwanted inputs when they try to troubleshoot what is going on.

If anyone reading this wants to contribute, please consider doing something about other pause-related issues first.
