EXIF view should support Meta-information of MP3 as well. Similar interface. Switching between V1 and v2 tags possible. Button mus than be renamed

Following information is useful: Year,Track#,total Tracks, Disc#, Total Discs, Composer, Album, Title, Comment, Genre... In system administration you should be able to set: only ID3-v1, only ID3-v2, v2 preferred if available, v1 preferred if available.
