I try to use my DICOM files and nii file with segmentation generate DICOM SEG. However, it shows "0 of 263 slices mapped to source DICOM images",and it generates a DICOM SEG file without lable information.
So, do you know where the problem is? And What is the key to making the original map and the marker map one-to-one?
thank you very much!

Most likely the reason is that geometry of the image and segmentation is not the same. Did you try showing segmentation overlay in 3D Slicer?

What do you mean by the "marker map"?

Thank you very much to reply.
The segmentation(nii) is made by our algorithm from the original image(dicom). So, in my opinion, maybe they are same.
And for 'marker map', sorry it's my poor English. What I mean is how does the dcmqi judge that the two images are the same? Is there some other information that we need to make sure the segmentation(nii) and the original image(dicom) can map one by one?
Thanks!

we showed segmentation overlay in 3D Slicer, but it showed nothing.

Sorry I somehow missed the comments ... and it's been almost a year ... really sorry. Are you still interested in investigating this?
