Can't Copy Title ... too broad of a hyperlink target. Anywhere in horizontal space of the title.

Action1: Try to select the title in order to copy it. Start to the right (or left) of it, not on it, and drag across
Result1: It selects it but then immediately goes to the location where it would if you clicked the title

Problem: The entire block of space around the title is considered the same as the title hyperlink. Just rest your mouse anywhere in that space for a few moments and the help text popup for the title appears.

Action2: Do the same anywhere near the banner--to the far right of it even.
Click any where in that area is the same as clicking the banner.

I tried this on two browsers on a PC--Chrome and Opera. Same result.
