I'm looking for a command-line option to connect to a server in a specific country (not a a server with the country's exit node). Right now "-cc US" connects to the fastest server with US-exit node, in my case that's IS-US. The problem is:

a) Secure core is hardly ever the fastest server
b) Netflix requires a US-XX server and doesn't work with IS-US

Solution might be:

  1. make -cc connect to fastest server in country instead of server with country's exit node
  2. make new argument for connection to fastest server in country instead of server with country's exit node
  3. make new argument to exclude secure core

Use-case would be Netflix streaming.
