[Component] Create an UpcomingEvent card Component Hero Section 3/n

[Saumya40-codes]

Description:

Create the Upcoming Event card that displays:

• Date
• Event Name
• Time
• An "Upcoming Event" label at the top.

It's ok if you use duplicate data, name, etc data for now

Approach

• Create an UpcomingEvent(.jsx) react component
• Refer to figma design for additional context

Resource

• Figma design
• You can use lucide-react for getting the preferred icons: https://lucide.dev/icons/
• lucide-react is already install so you can import preferrable icon directly
