国内国外数据格式过于杂乱，同时也为了适配远程赛事添加和更新，需要进行数据格式上的规范。

以及，国内赛事需要启用赛事ID用于标识对应比赛，防止因为语言习惯等原因导致一个比赛 被重复添加。
