Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
For the german user base a full translation into German would be helpful.

Describe the solution you'd like
All buttons, descriptions in web-app / native app should be translated into German
let me help if there any need.

Describe alternatives you've considered

Additional context
German is the second most spoken language in Europe - the benefit for the user would therefore be relatively high (for European users)
