[ENHANCE] Add filter by multiple project categories at a time

Description

Currently we can only provide one filter parameter at a time whereas we should be able to provide multple comma separate values of type strin[] to indexer

Alternatives

We can use just one category at a time as we currently do but this is not ideal as a project can contain more than a single category

Acceptance Criteria

A filter parameter that accepts more than a single value for useListRegistrations
