Idea for a newsletter. Core theme is around the qualities ex-founders tend to possess, such as:

  • Product sense
  • Understanding business context
  • Self-motivated
  • Ambition

Slight danger this could be too obvious? What's a surprising benefit from hiring ex-founders?

Downside: more likely to leave to found a new thing.
