Hi Peter,
First, thanks for the excellent library; I've been trying to use it to develop a screener and I had a question:
How would I retrieve historical TICK data? I know that in tape replay tools you can see bar movement at the tick level (sudden pulls/pushes in the tape in sub-second time as we see in, for example, trading view) but when I store the data it only stores is at the SECOND level, however on level1 feed I do get the tick data:
LEVEL 1:
` try {
iqFeed4j.startLevel1Feed();
iqFeed4j.level1().waitForProtocolVersionValidation(5, TimeUnit.SECONDS);
HISTORICAL:
` IQFeed4j iqFeed4j = new IQFeed4j("IQFeed", "localhost", 9100, 9200, 9400, 9300, 9100);
iqFeed4j.startHistoricalFeed();
// LocalDateTime.of(2022, 5, 5, 4, 00),
// LocalDateTime.of(2022, 5, 5, 20, 0),
LocalDateTime.of(2022, 10, 05, 4, 0),
LocalDateTime.of(2022, 10, 05, 20, 0),
null,
LocalTime.of(4, 00),
LocalTime.of(20, 0),
DataDirection.OLDEST_TO_NEWEST,
IntervalType.TICKS);
System.out.println(SYMBOL + " minute intervals:");`
