ML Pipeline that can fit into the wider MLOps pipeline proposed for PDG

Precondition/s
Based on project activity to select/design/suggest ML model

Requirements

Capability to plug different ML models if required for the same application domain
UI tools that would allow the monitoring of the model performance by the RS domain experts
To be developed for IWPs with the capabilities to extend this pipeline to be able to different RS data sets/applications.
