Generic tagging tool that supports training dataset building for Arctic RS (Remote Sensing) with quality control / crowd sourcing / capabilities. Specifically, this should include tools that would help the tagger to mark the objects or semi-automatically selecting the objects similar to what is available on tools similar to Roboflow but targeting Remote sensing. Any extensions to increase the tagged data set for example: with the availability of multiple satellite images of the same location over short time window labeled data set can be increased for all overlapping windows automatically.
If the tagging tool is done as part of the main workflow would need to customize for IWPs
This step will also include creating/initiating a training dataset using good protocol for IWPs. As it would be required for the next step due to the limitations of the training data set.
