Add stock split to management window of shares

Integrate a stock split into the combo box in the management window. Below this, two input fields for the split ratio and a plain text which shows how many shares you own after the split. From then on, the split must be taken into account in all subsequent transactions.

As you may have noticed by now, I rarely trade stocks (only when I'm assigned them through options). Because 99% of my trading is with options, TradeTracker is pretty option based. I will implement all of your share tracker enhancements. It may take a little time but I'll get it done.
