IT Security and Data Science are distinct and separate fields, but the Venn diagram of their overlap has been growing. Cybersecurity Data Science (CSDS) is now a recognized field specializing in that overlap, and many job listings in IT Security list both a Master of Science in Data Science and a Master of Science in Cybersecurity as equally acceptable.
Current Overlaps
The Security Certification Roadmap includes a few beginner and intermediate certifications that I recognize as having application in both IT Security and Data Science & Analytics careers. These were all on the cusp of IAM and Security Architecture & Engineering, suggesting that the best space for Data Science may be nested between the two.
Caveat: I'm just citing what I know shows up as preferred qualifications on job listings, not claiming expertise.

Candidates for Inclusion
My certification familiarity isn't as broad as I would like, but I can provide at least some certifications that could be considered. I've also included the certifications for IT Security I was aware of which I didn't see on your list. Those might've been intentional, I haven't found your exclusions list yet if there is one.
Microsoft Certifications - Overlap
Microsoft Certifications - 100% IT Security Related
SAS Certifications - 100% Data Science & Analytics
Dell's Data Protection, Data Science, and Security Certifications - Overlap
This probably isn't a complete list, Dell had duplicate listings of several abbreviations with different names/descriptions. It wasn't clear if those were concentrations or different justifications for the same certification.
Amazon Certifications - Overlap
SAP Certifications - IT Security (Based on ADM900 & ADM950)
NIST - 100% IT Security
Roadmap Update - CAP is now CGRC
At first I thought CAP was an overlap, but I was mistaken. CAP was the acronym for both Certified Analytics Professional and Certified Authorization Professional until early this year. I realized this, and that the acronym had changed, while checking my notes against the roadmap. ISC2.org changed CAP to Certified in Governance, Risk and Compliance (CGRC) effective February 15, 2023. They published this article about the change on December 01, 2022. The list of current ISC2 certifications and rates are on this page, and there may have been other changes. I only caught this one by pure chance.
