Issue Description

If you wake up while in the abductor space ship, and you are put inside the experimentor machine, you can start the escape attempt every frame or so, even while cuffed.

What did you expect to happen?

To not be able to start a new escape attempt every frame.

What happened instead?

Why is this bad/What are the consequences?

Probably spams requests, I don't know how Byond works.

Steps to reproduce the issue.

1. Get abducted by abductors.
2. Get cuffed.
3. Wake up after surgery.
4. Get put in the experimentor machine.
5. Hold down.
6. Look at chat, and all the progress bars appearing.

When did the problem start happening?

Noticed today 03.11.2024.
