Are simulations run on the Paddle Quantum platform noiseless by default? That is, when we construct and run variational ansatze for variational quantum algorithms on the Paddle Quantum platform, is it assumed that all circuit components are noiseless, and that no real hardware noise is incorporated within the quantum simulations? Thanks!
