我按照ReadME步骤，下载llama2-13B模型权重和ziya-13b以及chatlaw-13b，模型转换没问题，合并也没问题，但是执行main.py后就出现乱码

对的我也是一样这个项目到底有没有人能跑起来，是不是都没有人维护这个项目了
